ALOUETTE COPENHAGEN

Alouette is a Michelin-starred restaurant located in the heart of Copenhagen. A complete renovation was carried out in 2024 with the help of award-winning architect David Thulstrup. Together with Alouette's executive chef, Nick Curtin, they have created an environment that reflects the restaurant's philosophy; honesty, sustainability and farm-to-table philosophy. The design is inspired by nature. The doors from Ekstrands have color-matched fittings from FSB and are in some cases steel-clad, products that contribute to creating a unique atmosphere.
