The difference between ordering custom-made or custom-made windows from a smaller joinery factory and ordering from Ekstrands is the technology, performance and guarantees. Ekstrands manufactures windows in the old style but with modern technology.
UNIQUE WINDOW SOLUTIONS
In addition to each window from Ekstrands being custom-made to fit the customer's wall opening exactly, each window is customized in color and shape to the customer's wishes. We strive for perfection, through innovative small details and numerous options it is possible to create design and style-unique window solutions.
Choice of profiles
All Ekstrands windows can be selected with a straight glass strip or a profiled glass strip on the inside. An aluminum drip strip on the outside is standard, available in five different shades. If you want a real wooden window, the drip strip can be removed completely.
The drain profile on inward-opening windows is available in the same five shades. Inward-opening window systems also have several different wooden profiles on the outside as options.
Details that make a difference
In addition to thousands of colors and 2-color painting, you can also customize the details on the window in terms of color. Spacers between insulating glass panes are available in six different shades to match the color of the window.
Trendy colors on wood/aluminum windows
Our aluminum-clad windows have several different standard colors but also special surfaces in anodized or with trendy matte earthy colors.
Color & Material

Ekstrands has a wide range of designer handles and fittings for both outward and inward opening windows. We work with Europe's leading manufacturers of window handles. A high-quality designer handle enhances the overall impression.
Genuine wooden astragals
Windows with astragals are beautiful! Ekstrands offers several different exclusive astragal options if you want classic windows. The astragals are made of knot-free wood and are mounted on the window upon delivery.
